What we store, and how to delete it

Plan to Playlist keeps the least it can and still do the job. Here's the whole list.

Your church's name and Planning Center organization ID. So we know whose playlist is whose.

A Planning Center token that can read your Services plans and songs. Read only. It can't change anything in your account. It's encrypted where it's stored, and Planning Center expires it after 90 days unless you reconnect.

Which service you follow, your playlist size, and any song versions you picked.

The result of the last update. Which songs, which Spotify tracks, and which ones we weren't sure about, so the dashboard can show you.

An email address, only if you gave us one. Used for one thing: telling you when the Planning Center connection needs a refresh.

We don't store anything about the people in your Planning Center account, and we never read anything outside Services. The playlist itself lives in our Spotify account, which is how your team can follow it without anyone setting up Spotify.

To delete everything: open your dashboard and click "Disconnect and delete everything." It takes effect immediately and removes the token, your settings, and the playlist. You can also email james@goodtoaster.com and we'll do it for you.
